Founder of Elite K-911 Dog Training and is a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals. With 20 years’ experience, Chuck continues his education in Dog Training and behavior by attending numerous seminars and classes focusing on dog behavior, training techniques and rehabilitation methods.

Heather has been in the Elite K-911 network since 2012 when she started volunteering with local dog rescues. She was our office manager from 2017-2019 and then became a flight attendant in early 2020. Heather currently oversees daily operations and coordinates our events, all while flying around the world for work. She lost her one and only Kelsie (K-Dog) three years ago but is now the proud dog mom of the Stella pack - Chupa, Biggie, and Anya.
Heather enjoys hard rock music, traveling, and taking Chuck on epic adventures!


Head Trainer

Brian is our Head Trainer at Elite K-911. His number one goal is helping clients fully understand the importance of leadership, structure, and proper communication, starting at the initial evaluation. Brian has three pack members of his own: Ludo, a purebred Poodle, Lulu, a Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix, and Aspin a Yellow Lab. In his free time he enjoys fishing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, sporting events, camping, and video games. His passion for training developed while working as a kennel assistant at Lorain County Dog Kennel for 2 years. Brian started with the team in 2016.



Andrea moved from West Virginia to Cleveland in May 2017. She has been dog training since 2018 and enjoys teaching puppies and specializes in basic obedience. She also is a CGC Evaluator.  Andrea and her husband love to eat at new restaurants, attend Cleveland sports events, hiking, and just hanging out in the backyard with their 4 dogs; Luna, Kylo, Rocket, and Solo.


Trainer, NACSW Nosework judge

Elise is a CGC evaluator and certified detection dog trainer. She has been training for 12 years and studied with the Michael Ellis School for dog trainers. In her spare time she likes to paddleboard & hike. Elise also volunteers with a search and rescue team and her 2 Belgian Malinois, Blake and Arrow, who are also certified in trailing and HRD through the international police working dog association. She is a member of IACP.


Office Manager

Angelique enjoys the outdoors, camping, and spending time with her family. Every other year she has a family vacation to the Outer Banks in a beach house. She wants to work and help train puppies to give them a good structured start. She is currently working with our office staff and helping out with all the aspects of running the business. She currently has 2 dogs of her own, Nova and Shamoo (Seamus).


K9 & Client Services, Junior Trainer

Lexi came to us in April of 2021, bringing with her roughly 5 years of dog handling and customer service experience. Lexi does double duty while maintaining the office as well as taking care of our Board & Train dogs. Lexi has two doggos in her pack including her Beagle, Gunner, and her Jack Rusell Terrier, Bella. In her off time, she enjoys traveling and taking the dogs for walks in the park with her boyfriend, John. She currently just had her first baby girl, Penelope!


Pack Walk Leader / Assistant

Derek i sour trainer Andreas' husband. Derek currently helps out by leading our Pack Walks that take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays, as well as teaching the Wall Climb course. Derek wasn't always as involved, but once he started taking classes at Elite in early 2021 - he became addicted to the knowledge and to the dogs.
During his regular work week, he is a safety consultant. In his off time he likes to go to concerts, listen to his record player, read books, and hang out with his wife and four dogs. Derek and Andrea's pack consist of two Catahoula Leopard dogs Kylo & Solo, Rocket a Bull Terrier, and Luna a Pitt mix.


IT / Website Designer

Michael has 20 years of Restaurant and Sales Experience while furthering his career in IT. Currently the Webdesigner, IT, and Maintenance person expanding his abilities and furthering his education in animal therapy. He is also an avid drone flier and is the operator of the Elite Drone!


K9 & Client Services

Shaunte hsa 20 years in hospitality. The most rewarding thing for her is to watch someone, with their pup, go off and do amazing things! She also is a mom to 3 amazing humans, which she states "is an awesome priveledge." Shaunte also can't resist "block head" giant breed dogs!
