Chuck Stella


Founder of Elite K-911 Dog Training and is a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals. With 20 years’ experience, Chuck continues his education in Dog Training and behavior by attending numerous seminars and classes focusing on dog behavior, training techniques and rehabilitations methods.

  • Certified Canine Good Citizen Instructor, by the American Kennel Club
  • Graduate of Ohio Federated Humane Society, a licensed Humane Investigator (retired)
  • Graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia
  • Graduate of Pet Tech First Aid
  • Graduate and attendee of Training Cesar’s Way, California


Lead Trainer

Brian is our Head Trainer at Elite K-911. His number one goal is helping clients fully understand the importance of leadership, structure, and proper communication, starting at the initial evaluation. Brian has three pack members of his own: Cassie, a Flat-Coated Retriever, Lulu, a Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix, and Aspin a Yellow Lab. In his free time he enjoys fishing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, sporting events, camping, and video games. His passion for training developed while working as a kennel assistant at Lorain County Dog Kennel for 2 years. Brian started with the team in 2016.


Senior Trainer

Heather has 10 dogs of her own all of whom come to work to help her socialize and temperament test other dogs. Heather is also the puppy trainer at Elite K911, where we place a large emphasis on early foundational training and structured, positive experiences. Her hobbies include reading, hiking with her dogs, enjoying Lake Erie, and trying new restaurants! She has traveled all over the Upper Peninsula, San Fancisco, New York City and Florida.



Andrea moved from West Virginia to Cleveland in May 2017. She has been dog training since 2018 and enjoys teaching puppies and specializes in basic obedience. Andrea and her husband love to eat at new restaurants, attend Cleveland sports events, hiking, and just hanging out in the backyard with their 4 dogs; Luna, Kylo, Rocket, and Solo.


Trainer - Focused Board and Train

Carli was born and raised in Lakewood Ohio. Her love for dog training stared three years ago when she brought her dog Davis home. Prior to getting into dog training she was a professional nanny for 10+ years. She grew up playing ice hockey and rollerblading often which she includes in her daily training. She is married with two kids. In her spare time she loves to bike with Davis, hike with her kids, and take trips to northern Michigan.


Trainer (Internship)

Mike started getting an interest in dog training after he got his newest dog, Amy Rose, a few years ago. He enjoys playing volleyball and hockey with friends. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, playing video games and spending time with his animals.


Office Manager

Devon is the office manager at Elite K-911 and has been with us since April 2018, bringing with her 10+ years of office experience. In her off-time she enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, and her 2 dogs, Taka a 11 year old Akita, and Cinnabon a 9 year old Pitbull.


K9 & Client Services

Angelique enjoys the outdoors, camping, and spending time ith her family. Every other year she has a family vacation to the Outer Banks in a beach house. She wants to work and help train puppies to give them a good structured start.


K9 & Client Services

Lexi is part of our K9 & Client Services here at Elite K-911! Lexi came to us in April of 2021, bringing with her roughly 5 years of dog handling and customer service experience. Lexi does double duty while maintaining the office as well as taking care of our Board & Train dogs. Lexi has two doggos in her pack including her Beagle, Gunner, and her Jack Rusell Terrier, Bella. On her off time, she enjoys traveling and taking the dogs for walks in the park with her boyfriend, John.



Originally a groomer for a larger company, Anna has opened up her own grooming facility here at Elite K911. She has always loved to groom our four legged friends, and strives to learn and grow. She has already expanded her clientel and has even brought in dogs that were deemed "unable to groom" by other companies.


IT - Web Design

Michael has 20 years of Restaurant and Sales Experience while furthering his career in IT. Currently the Webdesigner, IT, and Maintenance person expanding his abilities and furthering his education in animal therapy.
